How does Gleek’s pricing work?
We offer Free, Premium, and Team plans. The Premium plan costs €9.95/month, while the Team plan offers custom pricing depending on the number of users.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We support major credit cards such Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro.
Is your checkout process secure?
Absolutely! We use Braintree for secure transactions, which is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider.
Can I cancel my subscription any time?
Yes, you can cancel the monthly plan any time before the billing date. Your plan will be valid until the end of the given period and you will not be charged for the new month. You can check billing info in your profile.
Is it possible to get a trial period?
A 7-day Trial is available for the Team plan if the number of users is 10 or more.
What are the limitations of the Free plan?
The Free plan contains all basic diagramming features. The biggest limitation is that the user can only create 5 diagram files and 40 diagram objects in each diagram file. All diagrams are only stored locally in the browser IndexDB database. There is only one export format available (PNG) and there is no way to change the styling of the diagrams. Also, support is only provided for paid plans.
Can I change the look and feel of my diagrams?
Yes, this feature is available in the Premium plan. You can choose from predefined templates and customize the style of your diagrams to match your presentation.
Where are my diagrams stored?
In the Free plan, diagrams are only stored locally in the browser IndexDB database. In the paid plans, diagrams are stored on Gleek servers with an additional security layer. If you are a paid user, you can also connect Gleek to your Git repository and have your diagrams stored there together with your code.
What is the benefit of Git integration with Gleek?
If you connect Gleek to your git repository, you can save all diagrams there (they are kept in your org private storage). You can share diagrams between your team members. Version control is also available.
Do you have integration with Confluence or Azure DevOps?
Yes, Gleek has free integrations for Confluence and Azure DevOps.
